EMS Agencies & Providers
Emed Health works with EMS agencies to train their employees to become Health Advocates.  Once training is complete, Emed Health contracts with the EMS agency to provide home visits to patients enrolled in disease management programs or staff for preventive health service programs.  In 2006, Emed Health paid over $150,000 to EMS Agencies through subcontracting for disease management and prevention services.
